Is the Starter plan really free?
Yes — $0, no card required. One shop, 100 coupons a month, win-back and welcome moments included. It exists so your first comeback happens before you pay anything.
Do I pay for WhatsApp and SMS messages?
Growth and Pro include sending via WhatsApp, SMS, and email. Carrier fees in some countries may be passed through at cost — we’ll always show you before you send.
Can I run multiple shops or brands?
Pro covers up to five shops or storefronts in one dashboard, each with its own customers, coupons, and branding. Beyond five, ask about volume plans.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Changes apply from your next billing cycle.
