The short version

Your customer list, your coupons, and your sales data are yours. We process them only to run your campaigns, we don’t sell them, and you can export or delete them whenever you want. Message customers who’ve agreed to hear from you, honour the coupons you send, and keep your credentials safe.

1. The service

Shopiqq provides a marketing platform for shopkeepers and online sellers: coupon creation with limits and expiries, moment-based sending over channels such as WhatsApp, SMS, and email, redemption tracking, and analytics. Features vary by plan as described on the pricing page.

2. Accounts and shops

An account belongs to the business that creates it. Administrators control connected shops, team seats, and sending channels. You’re responsible for activity under your credentials.

3. Your customers’ data

The customer lists you import and the purchase history you connect belong to your business. We process them solely to run the campaigns you configure. You’re responsible for having your customers’ consent to message them and for complying with the messaging and privacy laws that apply to you.

4. Coupons and offers

You set every coupon’s value, limits, and expiry, and you’re responsible for honouring coupons your customers validly redeem. Shopiqq enforces the limits you configure — such as one-per-customer and minimum order — but the offer itself is yours.

5. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful content or use.
  • No messaging people who haven’t agreed to hear from your business.
  • No deceptive offers, spam, or harassment.
  • No attempts to access other businesses’ data or disrupt the service.

6. Plans and billing

Plans are described on the pricing page. You can change or cancel anytime; changes apply from your next billing cycle. Carrier pass-through fees, where they apply, are always shown before you send.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time, which deletes its data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
